DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Handle Your Data and Account Security

Account security and data handling are not afterthoughts here. Every connection to 445win runs over SSL encryption. Your account credentials are stored in hashed form — we do not hold your password in plain text. When you connect your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, the reference number is stored against your account but your wallet PIN is never transmitted to or stored by us.

Data Retention

We keep account and transaction records for the period required by applicable rules. Once that period lapses, records are deleted or anonymised — not archived indefinitely.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the account flow performs. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings.

Access Requests

You can request a copy of the data we hold on your account at any time. Send the request via email or the in-account Contact Us path; we respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Closure and Data

If you close your account, we retain the minimum records required by law and delete the rest. You will receive written confirmation once your data has been cleared beyond the retention minimum.

Common Questions About Your Rights and Our Terms

These are the questions we get asked most often about account rights, data handling and how our legal terms work in practice. If your question is not here, use the live chat or email path listed above.

Access and eligibility depend on local law. Where Pakistani law permits participation, these terms apply in full. If your region is not eligible, you cannot hold an active account with us.

Yes. Submit a data access request through our email channel or via the Contact Us option in Account Settings. Include your account ID so we can locate your records promptly.

Transaction records — including those from JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits — are kept for the period required by applicable rules, then deleted or anonymised.

We delete non-essential data after account closure. The minimum records required by applicable rules are retained for the mandatory period, then cleared. We confirm this to you in writing.

The English-language version governs in all cases. If any translated version of our terms conflicts with the English text, the English text takes precedence.

We notify you at your registered contact — email or in-account message — before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after notice means you accept the updated terms.
